I design, skateboard,
run, enjoy live music,
and take photos.
I’ve learned that success has no linear pathway, it’s all about trial and error. When skateboarding, I would practice relentlessly to understand balance and try different ways to position myself in order to land a new trick. When breakdancing, I had to learn how to control my body while I was in motion upside-down. Day in and day out, I’d try attempts from different perspectives. Every failure led me down a new path to success, but to get there, I learned to embrace new methods to make it happen. My design philosophy is no different. I search for solutions by intense exploration across a broad spectrum of perspectives, media, and styles. My name is Brian Gonzalez and I’m a graphic designer who is curious, open to new ideas, and explores all narratives.
